Impact
Conflict affects all spheres of life. Great people know that managing conflict well can enhance creativity, idea generation, better relationships, and wellness. We all experience conflict in our lives, whether we’re an ordinary person going about our daily business at home, school, work, etc or a manager of a small or large organisation.
As practitioners in conflict, and we have seen the transformative impact of our training for workplaces and teams across communities i.e., the voluntary, public, and private sectors. We believe and appreciate that, with the right awareness, skills and language, conflict is not only manageable but can be transformed to be constructive, innovative and create stronger teams, groups, and communities.
We engage with our partners’ needs, whether that be managing difficult conversations, improving relationships, or building resilience in times of differences. The team at Conflicts Education with its experienced trainers is in position to support through co-designing a bespoke programme as part of individual or staff development.
Our core conflicts education training offers participants the opportunity to explore and unpick fears around communicating conflict, difference, and disagreement, and to identify the healthy benefits of having and expressing conflict within a team, family, group, or communities.
Conflicts education builds awareness of communication styles in conflicts and skills to initiate and manage difficult conversations. With conflicts education, we explore how stress can be experienced in vicious cycles and how these can be broken, developing resilience and strategies for participants as to achieve wellness.

We are to achieve through powerful and self-reflective group work, one-to-one regular support by experienced team of trainers and a well-resourced web page library in conflict education on our website
Young people have four most important relationships which are with; themselves, family, friends, and adults in positions of responsibility. Through the thrive skills, the young people are able to develop self-leadership, build self-esteem, confidence and hence has resilience for positive strong relationships wherever they live and work. These are life skills as well equipping young people to effectively communicate, and with emotional intelligence tools to build the confidence they need to navigate differences and disagreements as they build strong and positive relationships.
