EDUCATION
Conflicts Education provides young people with the tools to build healthy relationships, make positive decisions and inspire self-esteem. Using a 1:1 approach, we deliver tailored courses to schools across local communities ranging from 8 to 12 sessions.
COMMUNITY
Conflicts Education offers pre-designed 2.5-hour introductory sessions as well as bespoke, more intensive training designed to meet individual needs and budgets. Training is restorative and reflective, working ‘with’ and not ‘for’, therefore participants are provided with a safe space to inquire and reflect on the right practices and solutions.
WORKPLACE
Conflicts Education offers participants the opportunity to explore and unpick fears around communicating conflict, difference, and disagreement, and to identify the benefits of having and expressing conflict within a team. We offer group training ,1:1 support and a ‘training for trainer’ scheme.
